Given the renewed focus of some of Donald Trump’s Executive orders, I thought it would be a good idea to review ALL the Executive Orders Trump signed in 2020.
Some of the EO’s caught my attention. The Executive Order pertaining to the order of Succession within the department of the defense is one such order.
It is not so much the content of the order that I find interesting, it is that it even exists at all is interesting. Barack Obama created EO 13533 on March 1st 2010 that details almost the exact same content as EO13963…almost. Here is part of Trump’s EO13963:
Providing an Order of Succession Within the Department of Defense
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 3345 et seq., it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Order of Succession. (a) Subject to the provisions of section 2 of this order, the following officials of the Department of Defense, in the order listed, shall act as and perform the functions and duties of the office of the Secretary of Defense (Secretary) during any period in which the Secretary has died, resigned, or otherwise become unable to perform the functions and duties of the office of the Secretary, until such time as the Secretary is able to perform the functions and duties of that office:
(i) Deputy Secretary of Defense;
(ii) Secretaries of the Military Departments;
(iii) Under Secretary of Defense for Policy;
Obamas EO13533:
(1) Deputy Secretary of Defense;
(2) Secretary of the Army;
(3) Secretary of the Navy;
(4) Secretary of the Air Force;
(5) Under Secretary of Defense for Policy;
Do you see the difference? Trumps EO groups all the secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Airforce into Military Departments. In effect this bumps the Secretary of Airforce to #2 (or 2A,2B, 2C) on equal footing as the other 2 Secretaries.
Why would Trump do this? Well, I think it is important to know that the Space Force Falls under the Secretary of the Air Force. Trump signed other Executive orders that also deal with what to do in the event certain officials or departments are unable to carry out their duties. At the time, I believe it was done under the guise of CoVid 19 being the reason for this inability. What if the inability to perform these functions was because of foreign interference in our elections and/or foreign or domestic enemy infiltration of our government? I believe this order would be in effect there as well.
The speculation here would be if the Secretary of Defense Austin is illegitimate (as would be his Deputy) because of election fraud then does the duties of that office fall in part or in whole to the Secretary of the Airforce/Space Force? Could our Defense policy be driven by Space Force in some way?
Another question would be, is the Secretary of the Airforce Frank Kendall a white hat? What about General Raymond? Before going down any rabbit hole here, let us not forget the original question: why change this succession at all? There is a reason Trump did this.
After doing some further research I discovered that Mark Esper was the last Secretary of Defense to be legally appointed with Senate approval...and he was fired. At the time of the issuance of the EO (December 10 2020) Christopher C Miller was only appointed as Secretary of Defense…there was literally no time for the Senate to approve. One could argue that since Mark Esper we have never had a legitimate SoD or a Deputy SoD. I think it is very plausible that Trump knew back in December of 2020 who would be leading our country into the Reveal Stage of Devolution.
This is pure speculation at this point, but as we move into the next phase of Devolution I know that I am going to be looking for certain figures to arise from the Air Force and Space Force. This is uncharted territory for all of us! The crime of the century took place and there is a global takedown of established powers. A constitutional crisis may only be the beginning. We will need strong leadership from our military to lead us through this new unexplored era. Perhaps even to lead us into that final frontier where no American has gone before.

It should also be noted that Trump revoked EO13533:
Sec. 3. Revocation. Executive Order 13533 of March 1, 2010 (Providing an Order of Succession Within the Department of Defense), is hereby revoked.
This is absolutely brilliant!!! First I'd heard of the Change in Succession and with such a simple yet elegant explanation! Love how you neither wallow in "woe is us" nor false hopium. You walk that fine line brilliantly.
Great speculation!
