Intelligence failures might not be Biden's fault
It started out as a fleeting thought. You know, the kind of thought that comes up and you quickly dismiss it, sending it to the far recesses of your mind. A thought that may come up again but one you are more likely to swat at like a pesky mosquito. Well, this thought has been recurring lately. Like a mosquito that somehow got into the cabin of your car and proceeds to bite you over and over. Biting me once while driving is okay, twice I start getting annoyed, but a third time I am pulling over and killing this bug.
Well, that is where I am right now with this one burning question. Keep in mind, this is just a question. I have several data points that lead me to this question that I hope to layout before you and rid myself of this annoyance.
“What if Biden’s State Department and the Defense Department are locked out of many (if not all) of the higher-level Pentagon Intelligence meetings?”
This nagging question started a few months ago and I recall then just ignoring it. Then it came up again while I was in chat room discussing the Afghanistan withdrawal. It happened maybe again once or twice before I saw the latest exchange between Ned Price and journalist Matt Lee of the Associated Press. If you have yet to this exchange it is worth watching:
The look of disdain that Ned has on his face for this line of questioning is priceless. This is not how these press conferences are supposed to go. When I watch this, my biggest take away is that Matt Lee is simply asking to see the declassified actionable intelligence they used to arrive at their decision. Ned Price thinks that we should just accept their assessment as intelligence. That’s when the thought came back to me and began to seriously ponder it.
There are a couple very troubling questions that arise from this exchange: 1) Is that the best the Biden administration can do? I mean, you roll out Ned with little more than a few talking points and an assessment, and you think that is good enough? Clearly their ineptitude is only eclipsed by their arrogance. 2) What if they cannot access any real classified (not to mention higher-level) actionable intelligence? This would actually answer many questions leading up to this.
So, I posited the question in the form of a spitball to Patel Patriot’s chat room on Telegram:
“I dont do much spitballing but I am starting to form one...I think.
As events unfold and I try and connect the dots, I seem to come back to a certain thought and then quickly dismiss it.
What if the Biden regime, specifically the state department and defense department are locked out of real intelligence.
You watch these fools bumble around and struggle to answer simple questions, execute anything with skill, and fail at so much it makes you wonder.
What if they are trying to connect the dots using open source intel like we do? That would explain alot.
That awkward press conference where Matt Lee from AP was asking for the release of the declassified actionable intelligence comes to mind.
They couldnt produce it because it didnt exist; they are just spitballing using open source information.
I am really starting to think when it comes to top tier special ops meetings at the Pentagon many of those meetings are off limits to anyone from the Biden regime.”
The response I received from this was very positive. Many posts related to this chronicled the many strange events on or around inauguration day:
· Bidens Commercial Flight into DC for the inauguration
· Wreath ceremony
· No 21 gun salute
· National Guard turning their backs on Biden
· Nancy Pelosi losing her dentures over the lack of a transfer of the nuclear “football”
I am sure there are many more examples of the military/Pentagon behaving strangely towards the Biden administration. What caught the most headlines though were the rumors that the Biden administration had been locked out of the Pentagon entirely. What if that lockout continued? According to Business Insider the Pentagon absolutely attempted to do this early on:
The Department of Defense set up roadblocks for the incoming Biden administration during the transition process, Politico reported, citing multiple defense and transition officials.
Meetings were canceled, delayed, or tightly controlled in ways that made it difficult for Biden's team to get information on critical national security issues, including vaccine distribution, transition officials said.
The Pentagon has pushed back on claims that it did not fulfill its transition obligations properly.
What if this treatment is still happening today? Oh, I know the fact checkers will tell you this is not true, that the Biden administration has full access and there is nothing illegitimate about this regime. Of course, the fact-checkers will say this. Do you realize how important it is to keep this façade up? It is literally all they have. Without the appearance of legitimacy, they have nothing of substance to show for a full year in office.

Then there’s actual agencies that has their own high-level clearances. Like DOE, Q clearance as an example.
When you think of devolution, you have to apply the security clearance levels.
Military operations for example, they also fall under those levels. And depending on the levels of security clearance, along with capability levels, determines a military units Tier level. Tier 3 being conventional forces, Tier 2 and Tier 1 being special forces, special operations and special warfare.

I think this is fantastic insight. Granted, I had a secret clearance many years ago when I was in the service, but I had no idea about anything above that. If we view many of the Biden State Department and DoD actions through the lens of these clearances, I think it paints and entirely plausible theory:
That the Biden administration only has access to Unclassified, For Official Use Only, and maybe Classified intelligence…and that’s it!
It may explain some of the challenges that the Biden administration has with a successful evacuation from Afghanistan. The administration is the “B Team” of Obama flunkies but imagine compounding that with a lack of intelligence…real higher-level intelligence? It could also explain many other tactical mistakes in Iran, South China Sea, and Afghanistan. This administration always seems to be caught off guard and trying to play catch up with military developments. What if that is because they are getting their intel off the internet just like us?
The idea that Biden’s junta only has access to Tier 3 conventional forces is further supported by this from the Joint Publication- Homeland Defense dated April 10, 2018:
“While the President and Secretary of Defense retain command authority over US forces, it is often prudent or advantageous to place appropriate US forces under a foreign commander for reasons such as maximizing military effectiveness and ensuring unity of effort.”

This is obviously talking about joint exercises with NATO and other countries, but what if this same directive is used towards the Biden foreign occupation? It would explain some troop movements but an otherwise disjointed effort overall in the DoD. It is also very plausible that the Tier1 and Tier2 operations are being led by Trump loyalists. While doing some digging on this subject, I stumbled across this from Whistleblower.org and their Government Accountability project:

My take on this: one RINO and a bunch of Democrats are trying to limit Trump’s previous administration’s influence on the Pentagon. I wonder what the concern is. Whether there are Trump loyalists running things is a guess. However, judging from the Democrats reactions, they certainly believe this is the case.
Look, this is all conjecture. I am simply suggesting a possible reason for certain data points that actually exist. I believe our military knows this administration cheated in the 2020 election and committed treason. The Biden administration is an occupier of the White House who enlisted the help of hostile foreign entities. There is a logical line of thinking that suggests Trump would have been derelict in his duties if he knew election fraud was going to happen and did nothing to stop it. The same logic could be applied to high-level intelligence.

Perhaps the best takeaway from all of this is that you the reader start looking at upcoming events (especially Pentagon and DoD related) through the lens of this question. If I am correct, I think we will find more examples where it would appear there is a horrible lack of intel. Having taken a swat at this nagging question I am hopeful this question no longer bothers me so much, or perhaps I just put a bug in your ear.

You articulated a similar hypothesis I've had. You delimit it using the existing security classification system. That makes perfect sense. Information is power. Without access to classified information they can't really do anything of substance, except cause chaos and harm...which is exactly what they've been doing.
The inference is they all are in on it. They are knowingly pretending to be in power and up until now the media has let them get away with it. Perhaps the AP reporter Matt Lee's persistent question signals a lifting of the veil. A similar badgering occurred during a White House press conference directed at Psaki. The reporter demanded proof. The WH Spokesman's word wasn't accepted anymore.
They are all in on it. The Biden regime theater company and those muppets in congress. They are posers. They are play-acting. They have only limited powers.
If true, then once the veil lifts and everyone sees the emperor has no clothes, arrests will follow.
I love reading your thoughts. Always reasonable as well as plausible. That press conference really did show what a charade they are operating under. My mind hadn't taken it that far. Great read. Thank you.
