I like the reminder that some of us will not see the full glory of a renewed world here on earth but for those of us who believe in Christ's salvation glory awaits us nonetheless. I also loved learning about William Borden...a true modern day saint. I have downloaded his biography from Internet Archive to learn more about him. Peace.
Thanks for this insightful perspective on the current climate. I did not know of William Borden. That must have been a time when Chicago was not the seat of the devil, and when Yale would allow such freedom of expression and religion.
Daily, I pray for justice to arrive. For the criminals and traitors and thieves and liars to be held accountable, to be made to pay for what they have done to our country.
I also pray that I will be allowed to live to see this, that I can rejoice at the deliverance of our people from evil and tyranny that is still taking place.
Great article. Thank you. Your Biblical references bring to my mind the Tower of Babel. Mankind has always thought he can create heaven on earth and compete with God. Fools all. We can only hope to hear the beautiful words of Jesus to the repentant thief - "you will be with me today in Paradise."
This reminds me of the ant bridge. Collectively they help those crossing find the other side through their struggles and sacrifice. As usual, this is inspirational, yet humbling. Appreciate the refocus for me. I may not make it to the final triumph, but I am glad to contribute.
Great article. Couldn’t agree more. I see many parallels between patriots quest for a land of Liberty and Justice for all” and Enoch’s journey to the city of Zion. I heard a sermon in which the speaker quoted that “Zion is not a place we are going, it is a place we are building.” Don’t know who to attribute the quote to but the thought helps me keep a healthy perspective. In our collective effort to return our country, and indeed our world to righteousness we must remember that we are not seeking a change of government, we are seeking a change of heart.
All good points! As Jesus directed us, we are commissioned to spread the Good News to all the world. We need to start here. America was founded on the Bible, and we, individually and as a nation, MUST get back to it, if we are to survive as the nation as planned. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty for all. Awesome Sub fren!! We have a God of Possibles! I believe we are in God’s season of the Harvest of Souls. I believe the political atmosphere is two fold. 1. It’s exposing the pure filth imbedded in our Country which in turn is waking up humanity. 2. Once awakened, it becomes a Spiritual decision, which I think is the bigger question...Do you choose your Lord and Savior and do His bidding? The choice is obvious for me! I will continue bringing people to Christ. Which to me, IS the journey!
The Holy Spirit has led me to focus on "my" response to all the noise on the truth side and the side of the liars. I call out the lies whether said by infiltrators or those who seek fame and a name. Mr Borden did not seek a name here on earth, he rather chose to be known in heaven. I like that.
We are seeking a city whose builder and maker is God. No other city will satisfy us. We start with the city of our soul. Soul maintenance or overhaul is the responsibility of all who say they are following Christ and His Word. Should a major revival breakout in America we will be pointing sinners to Christ, He will get the glory and we will fade away. That's a good thing. So that which will remain will remain. Let everything be shaken that can be shaken (our hearts) so that which will remain--- remains.
I think future proves past and nothing can stop what is coming means that somebody or something or a group of people have the capability of time travel. Does Q stand for quantum? Did Q find the ability to go to the future to see what happened and how things got that way? I have seen many sci-fi movies with this theme. Maybe Hollywood has been telling us all along? Like the Simpsons
No more speculation for me. I agree “Focus on the horizon”! No matter how we get there. It is going to be Biblical. Thank you for your insight and positivity!
My humble opinion is that God dropped all of us humans onto earth behind enemy lines. We must live for eternity rather than this brief mortal assignment. Yet, this IS the proving ground for our eternity. The only result of looking back is to become a pillar of salt. God Bless.
