All well said and good for us to consider. That Trump "does things by the book" is something we have learned - he respects the rule of law and the Constitution, which the other side does not. I do recall Gore/Bush and the Supreme Court. I personally think that the Supreme Court will play a role in Trump's return, perhaps as you said, through being forced to declare 2020 null and void because of provable fraud and even other foreign/domestic interference that may soon be shown. This country cannot continue to afford to live without the rule of law and ignoring constitutional rights. We are seeing violations at every level of government by the 'Uniparty.' Some progress has been made but throwing a 69 grandmother with cancer in jail for J6, or Dr. Simone, or keeping J6 Patriots in jail without a trial is tyranny. Destroying the economy and middle class is deliberate. Unless something major and significant occurs this year, I believe the American people may see and participate in its second Revolution (i.e. I have no knowledge of plan(s) but see impatience growing in all forms of social media).
Spitballing here. I watched a documentary on Epoch Times this morning with Frank Gaffney. China makes no bones about being at war basically, and taking over the U. S. Trump has stated he’s a war time president (with China). Perhaps in exile? When we take back Congress, remove Biden (25th), can Congress declare war on China? Trump has made the declaration. We now have U. S. Domestic sympathizers that the military can take action against and arrest. Is this when Trump returns from exile?
From the information Gaffney delivered, while we “play the game” China continues to invade. The next Congress will have to address China immediately.

I agree. I think the SC will play a role but never to pick a winner of any election. The same goes for the military.
I believe the constitutional crisis will happen though if the SC nullifies the 2020 election.
The Dems will refuse to give up power and the military will uphold their oath.
I don’t know of a scenario where the democrats just accept the overturning of the election and leave office.
I believe they will be removed and the military takes over temporarily until a new election and they hand power back to the people. JMO
